Marc Jacobs began his career while he was
still a student at Parsons School of Design. In 1995, the first Marc Jacobs
store opened in New York's Soho district. Since that time, the retail network
has expanded to include stores in cities worldwide, specializing in women's and
men's fashions, leather goods, shoes, and now—perfume. The company continues to
